Typical modifications on lorries:
- Bodywork change: Converting a fixed body into a tipper, or installing crane platforms, lorry loaders or hooklift container systems.
- Chassis modification: Lengthening or shortening the wheelbase to accommodate new bodies or tanks.
- Coupling systems: Fifth wheel installation.
- Various adaptations: Fitting of tail lifts, sliding curtains and roof-lifting systems.
Typical bus modifications:
- Adaptation for PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility): Installation of lifting platforms, access ramps and removal of rows of seats to safely secure wheelchairs.
- Change of use: Bus conversion into mobile homes or offices.
- Modification of spaces: Increase or reduction in the number of seats to change the vehicle category (e.g. from bus to minibus).
- Climate and technological adaptations: Installation of roof-mounted air conditioning systems and smart ticketing and passenger counting systems.
